Hunted at Christmas by Dana R. Lynn is a story that will keep you up late. I found myself engaged from the beginning. I thought the story was well written with fast pacing. I enjoyed getting to know Addison, Oliver, and Isaiah. I like that we get to catch up with the rest of the Bender family. The story has action and suspense plus a mystery. I loved the fast pace. Faith was beautifully woven into the story. God is always there for us. We may turn away for him, but he does not give up on us. Addison and Isaiah go through some difficult situations. God will see them through if they pray for his help and guidance. I like how the romance progressed. Circumstances made them grow closer faster than normal plus they learned to trust each other. Hunted at Christmas is the seventeenth novel in the Amish Country Justice series. It can be read as a standalone. However, as someone who has read the other stories involving the Bender family, I enjoyed the reunification of the family. The ending will leave you smiling. Hunted at Christmas is a suspenseful story with a wanted woman, guys with guns, a frightened child, a startling surprise, a flabbergasted brother, and powerful prayers.
