To the left and somewhat behind the o�qoi-mana is seen the tiponi of the chief priestess, and in front of it the netted gourd vessel in which she gets the water for the ceremonies. On the left side Of the altar stand, in two clay pedestals, crooks, the symbol of life; in two others, forked sticks, to which are fastened little birds.
