This is a great book which I would recommend to any beekeeper. However, make sure you get the newest edition because it has information on colony collapse which the older versions do not. The version I got was extremely old so it did not have that.

ABC a Definite A
This is a great classic on the art of beekeeping. As such, it's somewhat hard to find and is pretty expensive when you do. As they always do, Alibris found a great copy for me for an incredible price. Any time I can't find a book anywhere else, I go to Alibris and I'm never disappointed.
