Highly recommended for those interested in Buddhis
This is a wonderful, wonderful, book based on Eight Verses. I have practiced Buddhist meditation only a short while now, but I still had an easy time reading through this. (Although, the end is more difficult to understand.) I am interested in knowing more about compassion and the practice of it, so this book has been my focus for awhile now. It's about loving other people, and further, wisdom. If you are interested in learning about how to love others, all others, and practice this in your life, I highly recommend this book. It has beautiful passages and I read some of it at least three times a week. :) It also provides specifics about how to meditate on love, wisdom, and great compassion. :)
