I just personally did not like it. I thought what the author had to say could of been said in a lot less words. This is the 2nd book of his I bought & I didn't like the other one. I forgot that I didn't like it.

Author uses info from sources other than his own
He uses his opinions as facts. Book is filled with
unproven statements.

Rambling
The author is the same person on the info commercial. Alot of words without saying anything but read the book. Read part of the book and got so bored because he does not get to the point. I learned nothing. Don't waste your money.

The FDA is not your friend
Natural cures makes perfect sense if you stop to think about it. Why would we need something that has been chemically engineered in a lab to cure us. Everything is already provided on this Earth that we need. Follow the money trail of the drug companies and it becomes all too clear why the FDA is not your friend.
