This book normalizes men having all of the emotions, the same as women. That doesn't mean that we have to become feminized or even to experience and express emotions the way women do. It delves into the historical background which led to males being brought up the way they are in Western civilization, and how some of the old traditions from the days of knighthood still plague us.
