This book normalizes men having all of the emotions, the same as women. That doesn't mean that we have to become feminized or even to experience and express emotions the way women do. It delves into the historical background which led to males being brought up the way they are in Western civilization, and how some of the old traditions from the days of knighthood still plague us.
"I highly recommend it to any man who is searching for wholeness, who is dissatisfied with the life they've created which follows the script they got from their original family and school and perhaps church. Also for any man who is in a love relationship with a woman, and vice versa, to help understand how the old training for knighthood (and these days, for soldierhood) still haunts us and gets in the way of our love relationships.
