Great Book!
This book is short, simple and to the point. There is not a lot of fluff in this book, so for the person who is not a big reader, this is a great book. I give this book to others who struggle with not understanding themselves, their reactions to things, or their feelings. Often people react to things or other people because they are burdened or triggered by something in their past. This book packs in a lot of explaination about this in a small amount of space. I gave it to a friend to read who then gave it to his sister to read who bought one for her other siblings. It is a "pay it forward"-kind of book.

Great for abused or want to know about abuse
I had to read this book as an assignment to the book and got a lot of insight on how a child can be abused/neglected and have the after affect of it. Very good book, detailed illustrations and questions to ask yourself if you are unsure about abuse.
