This book is an easy read with lots of illustrations, but the idea the author proposes of actually taking time to talk with your inner child is very powerful. I tend to be a sort of perfectionist and rather critical. Taking the time to ask my inner child about what is really going on for her is opening all sorts of new doors to personal growth.
