While this book enjoys wide retail availability, it is very shallow in material. I must concede that there is some worthwhile information for ab building in the book, it is sooooo geared to selling his own ab gimmick that the value of the book is nill. Unless you have his ab machine. This book should just be sold with the ab machine and not be advertised as a stand alone book on the subject. Do not waste your $$.
