Fair. Hardback in rough shape. This book is #3334 of a limited edition printing of 4, 000 copies. The bookplate is signed by Wendy Pini. No dust jacket. Green faux-leather boards with gilt title and design have seen much wear over the past 40 years. Scuffed, scratched, chipped, soiled, mashed corner tips and spine. One inch tear from bottom of spine on the rear joint. Ink stains. Crayon marks. The paste-downs and end pages have faded. Almost every single page is stained along outside edge. Stains on text block. All of that stated, the artwork is still bright, colorful and wonderful. Wendy and Richard Pini are the husband-and-wife team responsible for creating the well-known Elfquest series of comics, graphic novels and prose works. 172 pages.
