LIMITED EDITION: 250 numbered copies signed by the author (SIGNED twice, both as himself and ''Maxwell Grant''). This is LETTERED EDITION. Included with the limitation page for the numbered copy there is an additional Lettered edition page (Letter "J") and SIGNED twice again both as himself and ''Maxwell Grant''. So there are a total of four signatures on two seperate limitation pages.
