excellent book - wonderful resource for teachers
This is a very important book for anyone interested in a simple presentation of information on natural science. Written a century ago, it still provides an amazing overview of the natural world. The structure of the book is interesting - at the end of each section, there is a lesson plan with pertinent questions. I think it is a model for teaching, and I highly recommend it to anyone involved in teaching of natural science.
