Good only if you are out of the closet.
This is a great book full of great thoughts and facts that you can never remember until after a debate. The book presents a way of arguing your points that the average nonbeliever dose not normally use. A word of caution, if you are not out of the atheist closet and willing to admit you are a nonbeliever, don't bother to buy the book.; it is like getting all dressed up with no place to go.
