The musical "Scrooge" is one of my favorite movies, and this book follows the movie, rather than Dickens, closely. Indeed, it is basically a synopsis of the movie, with many stills from the actual production. However, the reason I bought it is because it also contains drawings done by the great graphic artist, Ronald Searle, who did artwork for the film. The drawings appear to have been done on the set during production, and are delightful. A good book for fans of the movie or fans of Searle.
