The book gave some great helpful hints. However, as with most self-help books, there are some things that just don't fit with practical application. But with all that aside, this book has some great advice and the only way I learned if it worked for me was to try it. If you want someone's opinion, be willing to act on the advice they give you. If it doesn't work, then you can at least say you'd been there; done that; and returned the t-shirt. It is a great reference tool.
