Great reference book on antique tools and machinery during the development of America. Shows many manufacturers with many improvements and changes of different equipment and tools. Lots of manufacturing time spans that help greatly in dating equipment. Some good base values for reference (although dated). Excellent photos and copies of original sales brochures, drawings, print plates etc from the period. If you're a collector a must have, if you like American history a great book to review.
