this is a great book! The author captures all the technical aspects of cameras and leaves out the 'creative' aspects to you. This separation is done amazingly well - it actually gives you a deep insight into the process of photography.
A must read for anyone into photography.

A Must
If you're deciding on using a film format camera, this is the first of Ansel Adams' series you should get. If you intend on developing your on film and prints get the "Print" and " Negative" as well. The other two in the series has to do with natural and artificial light. I would also recommend getting another book explaining the Zone VI technique as well. Fred Picker's book, "The Zone VI Workshop", is one that comes to mind.
