This manual explains how to use and interpret the exercise in practical terms. It is divided into eight chapters, covering methodology, haemodynamic and ECG interpretation, and diagnostic, prognostic and post-MI (myocardial infarction) testing. A final chapter addresses the miscellaneous applications of exercise testing, such as evalutation of patients for surgery.
