I've never recommended a book, but this one ought to be read by everyone. This is hard won wisdom from Frankl. What he had to say about meaning in life will always be relevant.

why read Frankl's book
This is an important work, both the first half about his time in the Nazi concentration camps, and the seond half that explains his philosophy on "meaning".
