Familiar Friend
Not unexpectedly , the book has easy to follow scrumptious recipes. Fans of The Urban Peasant will not be disappointed. I liked the way the recipes were grouped, especially when there were additional directions for accompanying sauces or toppings. They were listed right next to the main dishes.
As always, James Barber has brought that mouth-watering, "I-Can-Do-This" flair to his presentations, putting the fun back in cooking.
