As most occupational therapists are becoming familiar with the concepts of evidence-based practice as it relates to clinical interventions, the same process of identifying, evaluating and applying evidence should similarly govern practice as an occupational therapy manager. Avoiding a how-to approach, the author encourages students to think in terms of these concepts.
