I love the fact that this book is able to show that what the angel told John to do with this book (Bible) was to eat it. When I eat something I take time to chew, savor, & digest. In this process I get nurtured and it becomes a part of me. I so want to enjoy the Word of God in that way, and I love to picture things, it always adds a dimension to my understading, so I appreciate that the author took such a short verse in the last book of the Bible to light up the path for me to visualize what God wants me to do with His Word.

For Thinking Christians
'Eat This Book' and the other two books in this series ('Christ Plays in 10,000 Places' & 'The Jesus Way') are books that challenge one to go deeper into his/her faith. The book is not a conventional "what to do" book but encourages the reader to live the Scriptural accounts and "be" a part of the story.
