Our Father Abraham" journeys the reader through Judaic and Christian history from the time before Christ to the present. It eloquently depicts how we as Christians are grafted into the root of David and a part of Abraham's spiritual seed if we are followers of Christ. Scripture quotations and examples from the Old and New Testament reveal in a new light that Jesus taught and worshiped in the synagogues as did the first Christians with Jews for about 75 years. We learn how and why the separation and persecution of the Jewish people came to take place. The Hebrew scriptures, prayers, and poetry, softened my heart and enabled me to see that the Jewish perspective of a life with God should be the Christian perspective of a life with God. This life with Christ and with God should be all emcompassing with God's presence in every step, every breath, every blessing, every sadness, and ever on our minds and on our tongues. God created us, He is with us, and we should make Him a very real part of our every day conversation and relationships, not just a prayer at a meal or bedtime, and church a few times a week.
