This book not only gave great ways to prepare many of the middle eastern foods (or Bible land foods), but also gave great history on the use of these foods, special ceremonies celebrated, and many other interesting facts! I would highly recommend this book for anyone wanting more of an 'authentic' take on the foods of Bible times.
