Du fait de son impulsion transcendantale, l'analyse husserlienne du corps vivant et v�cu entendu comme corps charnel a �t� cong�di�e par maints ph�nom�nologues et par la plupart des ex�g�tes de Husserl au titre de sa soi-disante incapacit� � rendre compte � partir de l� de la relation intime et quotidienne que nous entretenons avec nous-m�mes et avec les autres. A rebours de cette th�se largement r�pandue, je souhaite montrer combien la ph�nom�nologie husserlienne contient en elle des ressources descriptive m�connues, qui lib�rent l'espace d'un compte rendu d�taill� de notre exp�rience corporelle et charnelle, tout aussi bien individuelle que communautaire, et ce, � son niveau transcendantal rigoureux. Le propos de Lucidit� du corps r�side d�s lors dans la confrontation entre une telle analyse et les descriptions r�centes des diff�rentes dimensions du corps telles qu'elles se d�ploient de plus en plus dans les champs empiriques r�cents (neurobiologie �mergente, �thologie, psychologie de l'enfant, psychopathologie, sociologie compr�hensive et ethnologie), ce qui permet d'ouvrir la voie � une analyse renouvel�e de notre chair en tant que dot�e de ludicit� plut�t que comme grev�e d'opacit� passive. A la diff�rence de Merleau-Ponty, de P. Ricoeur et de J. Derrida, je maintiens fermement la contrainte transcendantale de l'exp�rience ph�nom�nologique de la chair, mais, contrairement � une version de la transcendantalit� formelle inspir�e par l'h�ritage kantien, je revendique la possibilit� d'un empirisme transcendantal � titre de cadre philosophique pour la d�marche ph�nom�nologique.
