Lionhearted by diana palmer is great!
As a fan of Miss Palmer I have enjoyed a lot of her stories. I have a particular fondness for her books on the five Hart Brothers. Leo Hart is just the best kind of a hero. Yes, he is flawed and running like mad from commitment. He hurts Janie and breaks her heart but it was a very short journey to regret for him, he is ashamed of how he has hurt her and once he decides to pursue her he moves fast! Janie is sweet but feisty and really grows up fast because she has to stand up to him and show dignity when she is humiliated publicly by her best friend and by Leo at a local dance. Leo has a big heart and shows incredible loyalty to his family and friends, as evidenced by his willingness to help Janie's father out when he runs into financial difficulties. No wonder Janie can't resist him once he sets her firmly in his sights and he protects her reputation too, he is a real gent. It's really nice to see the other Hart brothers and their wives featured throughout the story, which gave me a real kick. I always want to know what has happened after the wedding or birth of children and it sends a positive message about marriage, which I also like. The usual running gag about the Hart brothers and their famous mania for fresh baked biscuits is to be found in all the books about these gorgeous guys. If you are looking for a good book to read and haven't read Lionhearted I can guarantee that its definitely a "feel-good" kind of book.
