First in a series. One should read this book first. Interesting author in that he has a different subject regarding films in each book. This one is about some lost silent film. The author gives the reader information on the subject plus a list of other books on that particular film subject and mentions other movies associated with the subject. Plus he adds a mystery to the subject. His second book had to do with Greta Garbo.
