This book fascinates, keeps you in suspence. The story line jumps back and forth in time, but the book design (the ancient looking pages) reminds you when the author has carried you back. This makes it very interesting and visually appealing for adults and children. His ability to see a fantasy story from the history of printing, really shows how a mind can be expanded from simple facts. Thanks for the creativity....it was exciting to read.

Great Read
This is a wonderfully imaginative book. The characters quickly lure you into the dual worlds of past and present. Skelton does a fine job of keeping the children from sounding or acting more mature than their ages so that the mystery of Endymion Spring is as freshly and innocently uncovered for the reader as it is for the children. The historical information about books, Gutenberg and printing, and Oxford, as well as the world of academia, is fascinating, interestingly presented, and thorough. This book will hold the fascination of both children and adults, especially bibliophiles and fantasy literature fans. Great read!
