The feminine way for both men and women is a new political, economic and spiritual dialogue based on trust, honesty, communication and love. Franks feels we have to learn to bring spiritual values into business and politics and follow the concept of service to one another and the planet, and believes that a sustainable future is about empowering people to become one another's teachers and healers.
