A great recount of the author's experience and tutelage under Zen masters practicing kyundo, Japanese archery. The Zen proverbs that crop up occasionally are worth the cover price themselves. This book provides a good look into Zen Buddhism results without requiring any commitment (other than buying the book). An easy read, but very philosophical in its minimalism, just like Zen.
