I purchased a copy of this book over a year ago and it has continued to arouse interest in the now gone photographer and artist Helmut Newton. The juxtaposition of woman with the variety of environments speak of Newton's style unique to him. The combination of black and white and color images are reminiscent of a time in photography not seen today. Yet, there are images which seem timeless or contemporary. For any admirer of individual photographers, I highly recommend adding this book to your collection. Newton has a number of books available, this one however stands on its own.
