David Burns "10 Days to Self Esteem"
This is a great workbook for people suffering from all types of mental disorders and depression. The title belies the fact that it takes more than 10 days, of course, to improve your self esteem. The author also wrote "Feeling Good, The New Mood Therapy". I would recommend you read and study both of David Burns books. His books are the number one books recommended by psychologists and psychiatrists for their patients. 10 Days to Self Esteem is a highly recommended companion book to his original work.
