I would say this book is good, but not AS good as some of Gill's later books. He really does a great job of giving you a feel of contemporary urban/suburban Ireland...with twists and turns, of course. Well, I can only guess how good a feel of Ireland we're getting, but it sure feels like real life with its quirks.
