good for small kids
This is a good book for small children, pre-school age. It is great for them but it is very Dr. Seuss and rhymes through out the whole story. Older kids will find it very juvenile. My kids love mercer mayer (the illustrator) and that is the reason it was purchased, it is similar to little critter. There are other critters of the night books that aren't rhyme type books but rather are very fun stories. Overall it is a good book, but again, for a specific age group.
