This book contains much helpful information but only if you already know HTML and the basics of CSS. If not, it would be better to start with a primer on each of these. But for the experienced but not yet professional, this is a good book. Like the title suggests, it contains CSS recipes and lots of helpful tips on where you can get into trouble with CSS.
