Great Story. I love Daniel Manus Pinkwater, and all of his stories, but, this is one of my favorites. If you would like to read a story about being your own person and learning to live in a world where others will not always agree with you, this book is for you (or your tots). It is great as a picture book, but the theme is interesting to everyone, even teens and adults. The pics are colorful and fun.

A Seuss Rival!
This is a wonderful children's book full of color and imagination! My husband is a teacher and reads it to his students every year! Most have never heard the story before, but soon love it and want to hear it over and over.
