Of all the books I've ready written by Jussi Adler-Olsen, this has been my favorite. It takes you on a journey of sorry, heart ache, laughter and hope. Several characters intertwined in a story that could happen anywhere in the world with any number of lives. You may know of someone who behaviors very similarly to one or more of the characters you read about. Jussi did not disappoint in keeping me interested to know the why, when and how of this edition. I really enjoyed the number of characters he introduced to tell this story. Most were memorable.
