This book does not have a lot in the way of the author's teaching. Instead he takes a lot of cases to research so you, the reader, can see how the law is applied in past real life cases. I thought that the case application was more helpful then the author, therefore, I recomend this book for those that are not trying to make law their degree, but who need a decent understanding of the law.
