This is one of the finest works I've ever read. Tolstoy uses a unique and well formed argument to give us another look at the teachings of Christ. I keep this book next to my Bible at all times. Although I do not agree with all of his assertions, Tolstoy helped me to understand both the NT and the OT in a very different way. Highly recommended.
