Seller's Description:
VG+ Wrappers-White rear cover, tan, marble patterned spine and front cover are all clean and glossy. Book has light rubbing at the head and tail of the spine and at the extreme tips of a couple corners. There is also a light vertical crease that runs from the head of the spine to the tail. Spine has a very faint inward curve, buit is still straight and tight. Previous owner has highlighted a few passages in the excerpt from The Consolation of Philosophy by Boethius and in A New Life by Dante-pages are otherwise all clean, white, and crisp. 1004 pages. Illustrated with a map. Remarkably uncommon for a Dover Publications reprint.
