Also described are methods that can be used to degrade gram scale quantities of these chemicals in the laboratory in which they are used. This will help avoid hazards associated with long term storage removal from the laboratory to a central facility and shipping of chemicals to a disposal facility not to mention the problems of finding a facility which will accept extremely hazardous compounds.
