I purchased this in December for a class that began in January, and did not get it till well into mid-January. When I communicated with the company I was told that for some reason they had shipped the book to Alibris first for them to ship it to me, which I don't believe is SOP. Also I received an international version of the text which states on the back that should not be sold in US or Canada, and to notify the publisher if this is what has happened... feel pretty dodgy about this...
