Very enjoyable read. Easy to digest. Full of easy to implement sales explanation tools. I put these tools to use immediately and saw results.

This was a very informative book. Lots of good ideas and way to engage your brain to make the right decisions. I highly recommend this book to anyone who deals with the public as a career.
