No longer relevant
I read this book about 40 years ago and wanted to read it again. On the one hand, the English is a delight, so clear and rhythmic, so stately and harmonious, not like the garbage written today where people not only don't know correct English, they don't care. But the subject matter is dated and alas, no longer relevant.
