I have all editions of this book ,that`s how important it is to me.You can have a patient that you want to discuss with a specialist,and there you are -you find your question in the book and the answer from the specialist(JG).It is very well thought through and organised ,that navigating is easy.It is as informative as it could be,considering the size and I carry it around .
