same as all her other books.. could use a lot more character build, good overall story line. the vampires are all still fairy nice people, which gets annoying. still too much sex for a non-erotic book. Still an interesting read, the first 3 novels you read of hers are a series of course so if you read one you're bound to those other two!

It just gets better
I am one of those people that when I see an author put out a series of books, I tend to buy them and hope for the best. Oftentimes, after reading the first installment, I start complaning that I wasted my money and then my time since I am too cheap to ignore the rest of a bad set of books. ***** Every now and then I am pleasantly surprised and this is defintely the case with Kissing Sun. I thoroughly enjoyed Keri Arthur's first work (full moon rising) in her series and Kissing Sun is even an improvement on the original volume. We continue to learn more about the heroine (Riley Jensen) and the world of werewolves, vampires, shifters etc. **** I will say it is imperative that you read the first book as you could feel a litle lost without the background, but as the first book was a great read, you will not be missing anyhting. I have all of the guardian series and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. Kissing Sun is a definte must read especially if you are a scifi/horror fun as I am. The sex "ain't " bad either.
