These are such wonderful books! My little girl and I would snuggle up with a BOB book, and she would be so delighted in having read a book to ME! We started learning to read with Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons by Siegfried Engelmann, and continued to reinforce what she learned with BOB books. It worked for us and now my ten year old daughter is a wonderfully independent reader.
