Gouwo vi�ronse todas las potencias de Europa con la declaracion de guerra del gabinete de Berlin y le hubieran sin du da apoyado por poco indecisa que se hubiese mantenido la victoria pero la batalla de Jena, cuyo inmenso resultado parece fabuloso, puso el colmo al terror de las naciones y al entusiasmo de la Francia.
