i recomend it to everyone
it took me a while to finally pick up Guilty Pleasures. i am very picky about my vampire books. but i was completely glued to the pages while reading it. Hamilton's incredibly descriptive writing had me on the edge of my seat and never disappointed. better yet i enjoyed it enough to buy the rest of the series.
to all my friends i recommend it and thank the friend that recommended it to me.

If you are looking for a book that will not only stimulate your imagination but your senses as well, then don't look any further because Guilty Pleasures is all that AND MORE! Anita Blake is a great heroine and a lot of fun to root for. Pick it up and read it, you won't be disappointed.

In the begining....
The first of an amazing series. Mystery, romance, horror, fantasy...you name, it this series covers all genres. Imagine your nightmares (or fantasies) brought into our present time world. Shape shifters, witches, vampires and all manner of the supernatural living side by side with mankind. From Guilty Pleasures to The Harlequin you can't miss. And if you hurry you'll be eagerly expecting Blood Noir, due this June, the same as me. For an excellent thought provoking escape this is a series that is a must read. But don't let this deter you, each book is a good stand alone read also. So pick one up and get hooked.
