I read this book at the Crystal Motor Lodge in Eatontown NJ when I was a lifeguard at the pool. I found it very entertaining and interesting at the time, lots of military 'things' going on. Might be a little dated now, however, a young person who likes space and war would probably like it, it's not a tough read.

decent plot and characters.
Concerns a space station and defense against Soviet , missiles launch in the Persian Gulf, following an attack, by the Soviets, General St. Michael and his fellow survivor attempt to use the station to prevent further damage. Decent book.

Outstanding Read
Considering the ongoing advances in technology, this story is not outside the realm of possibility. Who knows what America has in it's top-secret arsenal?
